    This is where real therapeutic progress happens. With a full hour, you have enough time to slow down, reflect, and make connections you might miss in everyday life. It allows us to build an ongoing process tailored to your needs, helping you understand patterns, navigate difficult emotions, and create lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
